Just See rental terms and conditions

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The renter must be at least 18 years old and a citizen of the Republic of Estonia.

The renter must have a valid Estonian passport, ID card, or driver’s license with them.

The rental period is defined as the time between the release and return of the rented inventory. Both dates are included in the rental period.

  • Tablescape and picnic sets can be rented for a multi-day period

  • The bubble tent rental period is 4 hours and does not include transportation and installation time

  • Additional hours are available by prior agreement

  • In case of delay or exceeding the rental period without prior agreement, an additional fee may apply

The inventory is handed over at the agreed time, place, and quantity. Release and return take place Monday–Friday from 9:00–12:00 and 14:00–16:00 by prior arrangement, unless agreed otherwise. On weekends, release/return is possible only by special agreement. (Example: if the rental starts on Friday and the return is on Monday, no additional rental day is charged.)

If the rental period begins between 9:00–12:00, the inventory must be returned by 11:45 on the day after next. If the rental period begins between 14:00–16:00, the inventory must be returned by 15:45 on the day after next. Extending the rental period is only possible by agreement with the lessor.

Each day the inventory is in the renter’s possession is considered a full rental day.

Inventory handover and return are carried out according to the prepared checklist.

INVENTORY

The inventory is provided to the renter for temporary use and is the object of the rental agreement.

Any claims regarding the inventory must be submitted on the same day the inventory is received. Later claims will not be accepted.

The renter may not repair or modify the inventory themselves. In case of damage, the renter must compensate either the repair costs or the full value if repair is not possible.

In the event of loss of rented inventory, the full replacement value must be compensated.

The renter undertakes to use the inventory for its intended purpose and with due care.

Returned inventory must be intact, clean, and packed in the same packaging in which it was provided.
– Rugs and decorative cushions: a protective layer must be used under rugs. Cushions must be placed on top of the rug. Items must be returned intact, without permanent damage or stains. Permanent damage such as tears or permanent stains must be compensated.
– Candle holders and lanterns: must be intact and candle remnants must be removed. Cleaning melted candle wax is not required.
– Tableware and serving trays: do not need to be washed, but must be free of food residues; washing service is included in the rental price. Items must be intact and in good condition.
– Table textiles (napkins, tablecloths, placemats): must be intact and free from permanent damage (e.g. candle wax). Washing service is included in the rental price.
– Packaging:
 • Cardboard boxes – in case of damaged or missing packaging, an additional 15% of the rental fee will be charged
 • Fabric transport bags and plastic crates – in case of damage or loss, they must be replaced or compensated according to repair costs or full replacement value

The condition and quantity of technical equipment are recorded at handover.

BOOKING TERMS

A booking is considered confirmed once the deposit has been received. Payment of the deposit secures the selected date and time. The deposit amounts to 50% of the total rental fee unless agreed otherwise.

The remaining amount (50%) must be paid no later than 7 days before the event.

The booking fee is non-refundable. The lessor has the right to request a security deposit, the amount of which depends on the value of the rented inventory. The security deposit is refunded after inspection of the inventory, provided all items are intact and in good condition. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 business days after the event.

In case of bad weather (heavy rain, storm, strong wind), we offer the option to postpone the event or find an alternative indoor location.

All changes to the booking (e.g. change in number of guests, ordering additional equipment) must be agreed no later than 72 hours (3 days) before the event. Later requests may not be possible to fulfill.

If changes result in additional costs, these will be added to the final invoice.

CANCELLATION

If the client decides to cancel the event without using alternative options, the deposit will not be refunded.

If the order is cancelled less than 7 days before the rental period, Just See has the right to retain 50% of the deposit.

If the order is cancelled less than 3 days before the rental period, Just See has the right to retain 100% of the deposit.

If the client decides to cancel the event without using alternative options, the deposit will not be refunded.

OTHER TERMS

Just See reserves the right to make changes to the rental terms by notifying the client at least 14 days in advance.

The lessor has the right to terminate the agreement unilaterally if the renter is not competent to use the inventory properly.

The lessor is not responsible for compliance with fire safety regulations or other mandatory requirements when using the rented inventory, nor for any damage that may occur to the renter or third parties.

Just See reserves the right to make appropriate and, if necessary, minimal changes to tablescapes or decorations due to weather conditions, availability, or other circumstances beyond the company’s control. Such changes will always be coordinated with the client in advance and aim to preserve the overall style and quality according to the agreed concept.

Use of photo and video materials: Just See reserves the right to use photos taken during the event that do not include identifiable persons or private properties that allow location identification for marketing purposes. Public use of photo and video materials depicting people will take place only with the consent of the individuals shown.

The renter may not transfer rights or obligations arising from the rental agreement to a third party without the lessor’s written consent.

The renter undertakes to compensate all costs related to the collection of unpaid invoices.

Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia if they cannot be resolved through negotiations.

BUBBLE TENT SAFETY AND PROPER USE RULES

Fire safety
1.1. Open flames (e.g. candles, grilling) and the use of electric or gas heaters are prohibited.
1.2. Only LED lighting systems powered by batteries or solar power may be used.

Ventilation
2.1. On warm days, ensure proper air circulation inside the tent – keep doors and windows open to prevent overheating.

Children’s safety and supervision
3.1. Children are not allowed to stay in the tent without adult supervision.
3.2. On hot days, ensure the tent is well ventilated and children are not left unattended.

Cleanliness and order
4.1. At the end of the event, please remove personal belongings and any generated waste.
4.2. Outdoor footwear is not allowed inside the tent to prevent soiling rugs, decorative cushions, and other items. Please use the designated area for shoes.

Damage prevention
5.1. If the tent is damaged (holes, tears, etc.), the service provider must be notified immediately.
5.2. The renter is not allowed to repair or modify the inventory themselves. In case of damage, the renter is obliged to compensate Just See either for repair costs or the full value of the inventory if repair is not possible.

Intended use
6.1. Use the tent only for its intended purpose.
6.2. Duration of use
6.3. The tent is for temporary use for a fixed period. Any partial or full extension of use is not allowed without prior agreement.

Wind strength and use
7.1. If wind strength during the event increases beyond 15–20 m/s, the tent must be removed immediately or additional safety measures must be implemented.
7.2. The renter is responsible for ensuring the safety of the tent and bears full responsibility if the tent is not removed or additional safety measures are not implemented according to wind conditions.

Liability
8.1. The lessor is not responsible for compliance with fire safety or other mandatory regulations when using the rented inventory, nor for damage that may occur to the renter or third parties.
8.2. The client is responsible for complying with the rules of the event location, whether public or private.
