What does Just See offer?

Just See provides stylish, thoughtfully curated ready-made picnic and tablescape rental sets that include everything needed to host a memorable event. Our collections are produced in limited quantities—typically up to 30 sets per series—to ensure exclusivity and a carefully considered aesthetic.
We also offer bubble tent rentals with professional installation.

BOOKING

How does booking work?

To make a booking, please fill out the inquiry form on our website, indicating your preferred date, location, and number of guests. After submitting the form, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm availability and discuss details.

What is the booking fee?

A booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received. The deposit secures your chosen date and time and amounts to 50% of the total rental fee.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Bookings can be changed up to 3 days before the event.

Instead of cancelling, we offer the option to change the event date free of charge (up to 3 days before the event).

Cancellation terms:

Up to 7 days before the event: 100% of the deposit is refunded
Less than 7 days before the event: 50% of the deposit is refunded
Less than 3 days before the event: the deposit is non-refundable

What are the payment terms?

To confirm a booking, a deposit is required. The final payment must be made no later than 7 days before the event.

Do you require a security deposit?

Yes. In certain cases, we may require a security deposit, which will be refunded after the inventory has been checked and all items are confirmed to be intact and in good condition.

SERVICES AND SETS

What is included in the picnic and tablescape sets?

Our sets include:

Tablecloths and fabric napkins
Plates, cutlery, and glassware
Candle holders and candles
Decorative elements (e.g. vases)
Picnic furniture and rugs

How many people are the sets designed for?

Tablescape sets are designed in sets of 4, up to 12 guests, but multiple sets can be rented together for larger events. For larger quantities, please send us a separate inquiry.

Do you offer bubble tent rentals?

Yes. We offer bubble tent rentals with installation at a location chosen by the client. The tent accommodates up to 8 people and is suitable for year-round use. Transport fees depend on the location.

Can I order additional services?

Yes. We offer additional services such as table styling, custom designs, on-site activities, flowers, catering, photography, and more. Please contact us to discuss your wishes and needs.

DELIVERY AND RETURN

How does delivery and return work?

Delivery and return are arranged individually. Typically, we deliver the sets shortly before the event (especially for public locations) and collect them immediately after the event.

Do I need to clean the items before returning them?

No. Cleaning is included in the price. We kindly ask that you remove food leftovers and pack the items back into the same packaging in which they were delivered.

SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY

How is bubble tent safety ensured?

Bubble tents are rented only with professional installation to ensure proper setup and a safe experience. When using the bubble tent, the following safety rules must be observed:

Open flames (e.g. candles, grilling) and electric or gas heaters are prohibited
Do not remove any installed fastening ropes, stakes, or additional weights
Only LED lighting systems powered by batteries or solar power may be used
Adequate ventilation must be ensured, especially on warm days
Children may not stay in the tent without adult supervision
Outdoor footwear is not allowed inside the tent

Who is responsible for damage to the rented inventory?

The client is responsible for the rented items throughout the entire rental period. Any damage or loss must be compensated according to the replacement value of the items.
